Making a perfect shape of macaron was always a
challenge but to indulging in dessert is a sweet pleasure. These delicate
sandwich biscuits elevate all sort of celebration with their appealing
appearance. Whatever, if you have a sweet tooth like me, you are going to like
this recipe surely, as it’s a super easiest one. Let’s get started with the
following process-
Egg white- 27 gm
Almond flour- 36 gm
Powdered sugar – 36 gm
Granulated sugar- 36 gm
Salt- 1 pinch
Cream of tartar- 1 pinch
Vanilla powder- 1 pinch
Step-1: In a food processor jar take the powdered
sugar, almond flour, salt and convert into fine powder. Then sift the almond
flour mixture into a sieve to have the extra fine powder.
Step-2: In a separate deep bowl take the egg whites
very carefully and beat them well alone with an electric hand mixer and then
take cream of tartar and beat them until soft peaks form.
Step-3: Next take granulated sugar beat them until
fully incorporated. Continue the process until the foam reach into stiff peaks.
Step-4: Use vanilla powder instead of vanilla essence and beat again.
Step-5: Add food jell coloring and stop with a light
beat
Step-6: In this step, add half of the almond flour
mixture and use a spatula to gently fold. Then, add another half portion until
combined. Continue to fold slowly until the batter falls into ribbon consistency.
Step-7: Set the macaron batter into a piping bag along
with a round nozzle inside.
Step-8: On a baking tray place a piece of baking paper
over it. Pipe the macarons on it as a usual size and make all are in same shape.
Tap the tray for several times to release air bubbles inside.
Step-9: Finally, place the tray into a preheat the oven
of 150˚C and bake the bake the macarons for 15-20 minutes.
Step-10: Here, transfer the macarons on a wire rack to
let them cool completely before filling.
Make chocolate filling:
Step-1: In a large bowl, add ¼ cup of heavy cream
alone with ½ cup of dark chocolate and heat until melt them both.
Step-2: Beat to combine for 2-3 minutes or until
desired consistency is reached.
Step-3: Fill a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle
inside.
Step-4: Spread the filling well and top it with
another macaron shell on it and a sandwich shape will come. Repeat the process
with remaining macaron shells.
